Fred's Fractal Viewer allows the user to rapidly view extremely large(> 1 billion pixel) pre-calculated fractal images. This program is in beta test. Go here to check out a gallery of fractals from Fred, and for details of how to get a test version. It supports color palette animation, and includes powerful interactive tools for creating color washes(palettes).

Spectrum Shift

It seems odd to call Spectrum Shift a work in progress because I originally released this back in '95. This is a 16 bit application that only works when your computer is configured for 256 colors. That is why it is currently a work in progress - I need to update this program so that it runs when your computer is configured for high color. If you enjoy playing with the Silicon Mirror, I think that you might enjoy playing with the Spectrum Shift Designer. Because of the current version's limitations, you can download permanent versions of Spectrum Shift for free! Check it out..

Windows Media Player Visualizations

My top priority work in progress is a set of visualizations for the Windows Media Player. More on this soon...
