This animation uses java. If java is not installed on your computer, or if your browser does not support applets, then the animation may not run.
When the animation is first loaded, it takes awhile to load the seed image. While this image is being loaded, the screen will display 'Loading image ....'. The speed of the initial loading depends on the size of the image and the speed of your internet connection.
When the animation finishes loading, colors will start to 'flow'. You have some control over the flow. By left clicking your mouse, you can start and stop forward flow. By right clicking your mouse, you can start and stop backwards flow.
